    The board or association you belong to, and the markets you work. That is enough for us to check.

    We confirm before you commit

    You get a straight answer on whether your data is available to us and what it permits, before you sign anything.

    Your board sets the timeline

    Feed approval is the board's process, not ours. Your site can be built and branded while that runs, but going live depends on them.

Frequently asked questions

Before you ask us

What does it mean if my board is on this list?

That it is one we are working towards, with the data route identified. It does not mean the connection is live today. Ask us and we will tell you exactly where that board stands.

What if my board is not listed at all?

The list is our current priority order, not the limit of what is possible. Most North American boards publish through the RESO Web API, so tell us yours and we will look into the route.

Is there an extra cost for MLS access?

Boards set their own fees for data access and those are between you and your board. RealFoyer does not add a charge on top of a board's feed.

How long does connecting take?

The technical work is short. Board approval is not, and it varies widely by board — that part runs on their schedule, not ours. We will give you their stated timeline when we confirm your board.
