Acceptable Use Policy

RealFoyer — RealFoyer platform, owned and operated by Peregrine IT Solutions LLP, located at Suite 115, H160, Sector 63, Noida, India 201301 (“RealFoyer,” “Peregrine IT Solutions LLP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the RealFoyer platform and related services.
This AUP applies to:
- RealFoyer customer accounts;
- RealFoyer-powered websites;
- IDX, MLS, and VOW functionality;
- Mobile applications;
- Lead-management functionality;
- Content-management tools;
- AI-assisted functionality;
- APIs and integrations;
- Email, SMS, push notifications, and other communications;
- Content hosted or transmitted using RealFoyer.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. General Requirement
You may use RealFoyer only for lawful, authorized, professional purposes consistent with:
- The RealFoyer Terms and Conditions;
- Applicable law;
- Applicable real estate regulations;
- Applicable MLS rules;
- Brokerage requirements;
- Third-party service terms.
You are responsible for activity performed by users, employees, contractors, administrators, and other individuals accessing RealFoyer through your account.
2. Illegal or Harmful Activities
You must not use RealFoyer to:
- Commit or facilitate unlawful activity;
- Commit fraud;
- Impersonate another individual or business;
- Misrepresent real estate licensing or brokerage affiliation;
- Facilitate theft or unauthorized access;
- Threaten or harass another person;
- Facilitate violence or physical harm;
- Distribute unlawful material;
- Violate court orders or regulatory requirements.
3. Security Abuse
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RealFoyer systems;
- Access another customer's account without authorization;
- Attempt to obtain passwords or authentication tokens;
- Bypass authentication;
- Circumvent access controls;
- Disable security protections;
- Probe or scan RealFoyer infrastructure without written authorization;
- Conduct unauthorized penetration testing;
- Exploit known or suspected vulnerabilities;
- Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, worms, or other harmful code;
- Perform denial-of-service or resource-exhaustion attacks.
Security researchers must obtain written authorization before testing RealFoyer systems.
4. Scraping and Automated Extraction
Unless expressly authorized by RealFoyer or an applicable API agreement, you must not use:
- Bots;
- Crawlers;
- Scrapers;
- Spiders;
- Automated extraction tools;
- Bulk download tools;
- Automated browser systems;
to systematically extract RealFoyer platform content, customer data, listing data, leads, databases, or other information.
Authorized API access must comply with documented limits and permitted purposes.
5. MLS, IDX, and VOW Data
You must not:
- Copy MLS data for unauthorized purposes;
- Build an unauthorized listing database;
- Redistribute MLS data;
- Resell MLS data;
- Sublicense listing data;
- Remove required MLS attribution;
- Remove required brokerage disclosures;
- Remove required trademarks or disclaimers;
- Circumvent VOW registration requirements;
- Share credentials to bypass MLS access restrictions;
- Use MLS data after your authorization has expired;
- Use listing data in violation of an MLS or data-provider agreement;
- Facilitate automated harvesting of listing information.
Customers must comply with all applicable MLS, board, association, brokerage, and data-provider requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
You must not upload, publish, or distribute materials unless you have the legal right to use them.
You may not knowingly infringe:
- Copyrights;
- Trademarks;
- Publicity rights;
- Privacy rights;
- Database rights;
- Trade secrets;
- Other intellectual-property rights.
You may not remove or obscure copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, MLS attribution, or other required proprietary notices.
7. Customer Website Content
Content published through a RealFoyer-powered website must not be:
- Fraudulent;
- Intentionally deceptive;
- Defamatory;
- Unlawfully discriminatory;
- Infringing;
- Obscene or pornographic;
- Exploitative;
- Malicious;
- Designed to spread harmful software;
- Used for illegal activity.
Customers remain responsible for content they publish, including:
- Property descriptions;
- Blog posts;
- Community content;
- Testimonials;
- Images;
- Videos;
- Advertisements;
- Landing pages;
- AI-generated content.
8. Fair Housing and Discrimination
You must not use RealFoyer in a manner that violates applicable fair-housing, equal-opportunity, human-rights, or anti-discrimination laws.
You must not knowingly use RealFoyer or its AI tools to generate or publish unlawful discriminatory content relating to housing.
This applies to:
- Property descriptions;
- Community descriptions;
- Advertising;
- Lead targeting;
- AI-generated content;
- Marketing campaigns;
- Website copy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing content for compliance before publication.
9. Privacy and Personal Information
You may collect and process personal information through RealFoyer only where you have a lawful basis or authorization to do so.
You must not:
- Collect information unlawfully;
- Upload stolen personal information;
- Access another customer's leads;
- Sell or disclose consumer data in violation of applicable law;
- Publish private personal information without authorization;
- Use tracking technologies without required notices or consent.
Customers are responsible for maintaining an appropriate privacy policy for their business and consumer-facing website where required.
10. Email and Marketing Communications
You may not use RealFoyer to send unlawful spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
Where required, you must:
- Obtain valid consent;
- Identify the sender;
- Provide required disclosures;
- Provide a functional unsubscribe method;
- Honour opt-out requests;
- Maintain applicable consent records;
- Comply with applicable marketing and anti-spam requirements.
RealFoyer may restrict or suspend email functionality where activity may damage sender reputation, network reputation, deliverability, or third-party service relationships.
11. SMS and Telephone Communications
Where SMS, calling, or similar functionality is available, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate permission;
- Maintaining required consent records;
- Respecting STOP or opt-out requests;
- Complying with applicable calling and messaging restrictions;
- Using accurate sender information.
You may not use RealFoyer communication functionality for unlawful robocalling, unlawful automated messaging, harassment, or deceptive communications.
12. Push Notifications
Push notifications must relate to legitimate customer, lead, property, account, or service functionality.
You must not use push notifications to:
- Harass users;
- Send deceptive alerts;
- Circumvent communication preferences;
- Deliver unlawful marketing.
13. AI-Assisted Features
You must not use RealFoyer AI functionality to intentionally create:
- Fraudulent content;
- Unlawfully discriminatory housing content;
- Defamatory content;
- Infringing material;
- Deceptive impersonation;
- Malware;
- Illegal instructions;
- Misleading professional claims.
AI output must be reviewed before publication or material reliance.
Do not submit third-party confidential or personal information to AI functionality unless you have appropriate authority to process that information.
14. False or Misleading Real Estate Information
You may not knowingly:
- Falsify property information;
- Misstate listing status;
- Misrepresent property ownership;
- Impersonate a listing agent;
- Publish fake testimonials;
- Misstate licensing;
- Misrepresent brokerage relationships;
- Falsely claim MLS affiliation or approval.
Listing information supplied by an MLS may only be modified where permitted.
15. API Usage
When accessing RealFoyer through an API, you must:
- Use documented endpoints;
- Keep credentials secure;
- Respect rate limits;
- Follow technical documentation;
- Use information only for authorized purposes.
You must not:
- Circumvent API limits;
- Share private API keys publicly;
- Attempt to access undocumented internal APIs;
- Create unreasonable infrastructure load;
- Use an API to harvest data in violation of these Terms.
16. Excessive Resource Usage
You must not intentionally consume excessive:
- Bandwidth;
- Storage;
- Processing power;
- Database resources;
- API requests;
- Email capacity;
- Messaging capacity;
- AI resources;
in a manner that disrupts the Services or harms other customers.
RealFoyer may apply:
- Rate limits;
- Throttling;
- Fair-use limits;
- Temporary restrictions;
- Additional usage charges where applicable.
17. Account Sharing
You may not allow more users to access an account than permitted by your subscription.
Each user should use their assigned credentials where individual accounts are supported.
You must not:
- Sell account credentials;
- Publish account credentials;
- Share administrative credentials with unauthorized persons;
- Circumvent user or seat limits.
18. Resale
You may not resell, white-label, sublicense, distribute, or commercially provide RealFoyer to third parties unless RealFoyer has expressly authorized such use in writing.
This does not prevent a brokerage or team account from providing access to its authorized personnel within the limits of its subscription.
19. Competition and Reverse Engineering
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the RealFoyer platform;
- Decompile RealFoyer software;
- Attempt to derive RealFoyer source code;
- Clone protected RealFoyer templates or interface elements;
- Systematically copy RealFoyer functionality or proprietary materials for the purpose of creating a competing service.
Nothing in this section restricts activities that applicable law expressly provides cannot legally be restricted.
20. Third-Party Services
Where RealFoyer enables access to third-party systems, you must comply with their applicable rules.
You must not use RealFoyer to cause a third party to violate its own terms, access requirements, privacy obligations, or API restrictions.
21. Circumvention
You may not attempt to circumvent:
- Plan limits;
- User limits;
- MLS limits;
- Email limits;
- API limits;
- AI limits;
- Storage limits;
- Payment requirements;
- Feature restrictions;
- Security controls.
Creating multiple accounts primarily to bypass usage restrictions is prohibited.
22. Monitoring and Investigation
RealFoyer may use automated and manual methods to investigate suspected violations where reasonably necessary to protect:
- The Services;
- Customers;
- Consumers;
- MLS providers;
- Infrastructure;
- Third-party providers;
- Legal rights.
We are not obligated to proactively review all Customer Content.
23. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated, we may:
- Contact the customer;
- Request remediation;
- Remove or disable content;
- Restrict a feature;
- Throttle usage;
- Disable an integration;
- Suspend an account;
- Terminate an account;
- Preserve relevant records;
- Cooperate with an MLS, data provider, regulator, or lawful authority where appropriate.
The action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.
Immediate suspension may occur where reasonably necessary because of:
- Serious security threats;
- Fraud;
- Malware;
- Unauthorized MLS use;
- Illegal activity;
- Risk of material harm to other users or systems.
24. Reporting Violations and Security Issues
To report:
- Abuse;
- Security concerns;
- Unauthorized access;
- Suspected misuse;
- A violation of this AUP;

25. Changes to This Policy
RealFoyer may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the Services, technologies, legal requirements, or third-party obligations evolve.
We will update the "Last Updated" date when this AUP changes.
Material changes may also be communicated through the website, platform, or email.
