2. Our Role When Processing Customer and Lead Data

RealFoyer may process personal information in different capacities depending on the circumstances.

Information About RealFoyer Customers

When a real estate professional, brokerage, team member, administrator, or other customer creates a RealFoyer account, purchases Services, contacts us, or interacts directly with RealFoyer, we may determine how and why that information is processed.

Information About an Agent's Leads and Clients

RealFoyer customers may use our Services to collect and manage information about prospective buyers, sellers, clients, website visitors, and other contacts.

In these situations, the applicable real estate professional, team, or brokerage generally determines why the consumer's personal information is collected and how it will be used.

RealFoyer generally processes that information as a technology service provider or data processor on behalf of the applicable customer.

Customers are responsible for providing their website visitors, leads, and clients with appropriate privacy notices and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

If your personal information was submitted through a RealFoyer-powered website operated by a particular agent, team, or brokerage, you may need to contact that business directly regarding your privacy rights. Where appropriate, RealFoyer may assist the applicable customer with such requests.
