Property Search
Buyers search live MLS listings directly on your site, filtering by the criteria that matter to them and browsing results as a list or on a map.
Because the search runs against your connected MLS feed, results reflect the inventory your board publishes rather than a copy that has gone stale. Which filters appear follows your active search configuration, so it can differ between markets.
Was this helpful?Yes. RealFoyer's IDX search includes map-based browsing, so a buyer can look at where listings actually are rather than reading an address list.
Maps are powered by Mapbox. The specific map tools available follow your active search configuration.
Was this helpful?Yes. Visitors can save properties as favourites and return to them later.
Favourites are also a signal for the agent: what someone saves says more about their intent than which pages they happened to open, and saved properties appear on the lead's record in the CRM alongside the rest of their activity.
Was this helpful? No. Property search and listing pages are open to anyone, because gating them would keep them out of search results.
Visitor accounts exist for the things that genuinely need one — returning to saved listings, saved searches and alerts. Accounts can be created directly or through social login.
Was this helpful?Filter availability follows your active website and search configuration, which is why RealFoyer does not publish one fixed list.
The reason is your MLS: boards differ in which fields they publish and permit displaying, so a filter that is available in one market may have no data behind it in another. Your configuration is confirmed against your board rather than assumed.
Was this helpful? No. There is no AI-driven property recommendation engine, and the AI does not suggest listings to buyers.
What exists instead is buyer-declared intent: saved searches capture the criteria someone chose themselves, and listing alerts tell them when new inventory matches. That is a stated preference rather than an inferred one, and it reaches the agent as a usable lead profile.
