Common questions about Integrations
Integrations
RealFoyer connects to:
- CRM platforms — Zoho CRM and GoHighLevel, as destinations for new leads
- Automation — Zapier, which reaches whatever you have connected on the Zapier side
- Social networks — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, for publishing
- Inbound webhook — RealFoyer gives you a URL and a token another system can post leads to
There is no calendar integration, and no mailbox integration: RealFoyer does not connect to Google Calendar, Outlook or Gmail.
Underneath, the platform runs on MLS feeds through the RESO Web API, Mapbox for map search, Google Places for reviews and Stripe for payments.
Was this helpful? No. RealFoyer has its own calendar for appointments, showings and tasks, but it does not connect to Google Calendar, Outlook or any other external calendar, and there is no iCal feed.
What you get instead is inside RealFoyer: showings and follow-ups are created as tasks against the lead record, each with a due date, a priority and an assignee, and they appear on the scheduler alongside booked appointments. Worth knowing before you plan around it — a booking made here will not appear in the calendar you run your day from.
Was this helpful?Through Zapier, yes — connect it and your leads reach anything Zapier reaches.
In the other direction, RealFoyer issues an inbound webhook URL and a token, so a system you already run can post leads into RealFoyer. That one is for getting leads in, not for sending them out.
Was this helpful? The lead is sent with its own named fields: first and last name, email, phone with country code, address, city, state, company, source, status, type, tags, notes, the date it was created, and social profiles where present.
On Zoho you can map those onto your own field names, so the lead lands in the fields your team already reports on rather than with its details buried in a notes box. GoHighLevel and Zapier receive the payload as it is.
Two things the payload does not carry: the assigned agent, and anything added after the lead was first sent. It is a one-time push outward, not an ongoing sync.
Was this helpful?Yes. Testimonials can be imported straight from Google, or added by hand.
RealFoyer uses Google Places for reviews, so the import brings across what clients actually wrote rather than requiring you to retype it — which also means the wording on your site matches the public review someone can go and verify.
Adding reviews by hand stays available for the ones that arrived by email or on paper and were never posted to Google.
