CRM & Leads
A RealFoyer lead record holds the original enquiry plus everything that lead did on your website:
- The properties they viewed, favourited and enquired about
- The searches they saved and the alerts they set
- Your notes and logged conversations
- Their stage, and any appointments or tours booked
The website activity is the part agents usually cannot get elsewhere. Because the site and the CRM are the same system, the browsing history is already on the record when the enquiry arrives rather than being reconstructed afterwards.
Was this helpful?RealFoyer uses six lead stages: New, Contacted, Qualified, Viewing booked, Closed won and Lost.
Every lead carries a stage, an owner and a next follow-up, and the lead list can be filtered by any of them into the views your team works from.
Was this helpful?A lead record is divided into tabs: overview, timeline, properties, communication, tasks, documents and analytics.
The record also carries contact details, tags, notes, documents and appointments. The timeline can be filtered by event type or date range, which is what makes a long history usable rather than just long.
Was this helpful? No. RealFoyer records communication rather than sending it — the CRM is not a dialler, and it does not send SMS or WhatsApp messages.
The lead record has Call, SMS, WhatsApp and Email buttons, and they open a composer. What they do not do is place the call or deliver the message: your phone and your mail client still do that. The record is where the conversation is kept, not where it happens.
Communication history — calls with their outcome and notes, messages, emails — shows on the lead's communication tab alongside their website activity, so the full picture sits in one place.
Email inside the CRM is transactional: listing alerts and notifications. Marketing email is a separate product.
Was this helpful?Yes. Calls, showings and follow-ups are created as tasks, and each one carries a due date, a priority, an assignee and a reminder.
Because tasks carry an assignee, they work for a team as well as a solo agent — a team lead can create the follow-up and the owning agent gets it.
Was this helpful? The lead list supports search, filters, saved groups and smart views.
Columns cover lead type, source, assigned agent, budget, timeline and financing, so you can filter to the set you actually work from — your own unassigned buyers, say — and save that as a view rather than rebuilding the filter each morning.
Was this helpful? For moving your history in and out, no — that is done by file import and export, not by a direct integration with another CRM platform.
There is a separate capability that is easy to confuse with this one: new leads captured on your website can be routed into a connected CRM such as Follow Up Boss, HubSpot or Salesforce as they arrive. That forwards new enquiries onward. It does not migrate your existing database.
Was this helpful? The CRM reports on lead volume, lead sources and pipeline movement, so you can see where leads come from and how they progress.
One thing to be clear about: nothing establishes that these figures update in real time. Treat them as reporting rather than as a live dashboard.
Was this helpful? The lead record carries contact details along with the channel that gets a reply fastest.
Useful in practice because it is drawn from what has actually worked with that person rather than from a general assumption about buyers.
