iHomefinder Pricing and Alternatives (2026)

Introduction

Search for iHomefinder's price and you will find its pricing page, three plan names and a feature table, but no monthly price for any plan. That is a choice, not an oversight: the page says plans vary with your website setup, lead volume, team size and marketing tools, and asks you to book a call.

This article sets out exactly what iHomefinder does publish, as of the date it was checked, so you know what to ask on that call. It then lists the alternatives that do publish prices, compared only on what each vendor states on its own pages.

⚡ Quick answer — how much does iHomefinder cost? iHomefinder does not publish monthly prices for its three plans (Lead Essentials, Lead Maximizer and Growth Pro). Its pricing page says "A 10-minute call gets you the right number for your business." It does publish some add-on prices: a hosted website on Lead Essentials is "$50/mo + $500 setup", and extra agents and MLS feeds have listed monthly prices.

What iHomefinder publishes

Everything in this section comes from iHomefinder's pricing page.

The page explains the difference between the first two plans in its own words: "Essentials is an IDX platform you add to your existing site. Maximizer is your entire growth system – custom website, AI marketing, and room to scale."

Published add-on prices

The comparison table publishes these, by plan:

  • Website setup on Lead Essentials: "Add-on $500 one-time" (included on the other two plans).
  • Additional agents on Lead Essentials: agent 2 at $30 a month, agents 3 to 10 at $25 a month each.
  • Extra MLS feeds: $25 a month for a one-agent account on Lead Essentials; $50 a month for accounts with two or more agents on Lead Essentials and Lead Maximizer. Growth Pro includes unlimited MLSs.
  • Seller leads (50 a month): not available on Lead Essentials; an add-on at $50 a month on Lead Maximizer and Growth Pro.

What it says about how the IDX works

On where listings live, the pricing page says: "Our IDX is native – not an iframe or subdomain that sends buyers off your site. Listings live on your domain". Its WordPress plugin, Optima Express, says the same: "No framing, wrappers, or subdomains are required".

On website platforms, the pricing page says it works "with leading CMS providers such as GoDaddy, WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace."

On MLS access, the plugin listing says that only "active members of a supported MLS" can sign up for a paid account with live listings, and that iHomefinder submits the licensing paperwork to your MLS.

What it does not publish

  • The monthly price of any of the three plans.
  • Whether there is a setup fee on Lead Maximizer or Growth Pro beyond what the table shows as included.
  • What your board charges. That is set by the board, and the board-by-board fee guide covers what boards publish.

Questions to ask on the pricing call

  1. What is the monthly price of the plan you are recommending, and is it different for monthly and annual billing?
  2. Is there a setup fee, and what does it cover?
  3. Does my board charge a fee, and is it included or passed through?
  4. Is there a minimum term or a cancellation fee?
  5. If I leave, what happens to my listing pages, my leads and my domain?

Get the answers in writing. They are what you will compare against the published prices below.

Alternatives that publish prices

Each line is from the vendor's own pricing page, retrieved on the same day. They are not the same kind of product, so the format column matters as much as the price.

VendorPublished priceSetup feeFormat
RealFoyer Starter$39 a month (USD), $49 (CAD)None on annual plansFull website, IDX and CRM platform
Buying Buddy$49 and $77 a month"No setup fee"IDX plugin and CRM for an existing site
IDX Broker$60, $99 and $149 a monthOne-time; amount not publishedIDX search for an existing site; Elite adds a hosted website
Showcase IDXFrom $94.95 and from $124.95 a monthNone advertisedWordPress IDX plugin
Realtyna MLS On The Fly$99 a month (Tier 1 MLSs)$850WordPress MLS integration

Board fees can apply to any of these. Showcase IDX publishes that MLS pass-through fees "typically" range from $0 to $33 a month; IDX Broker says MLS data fees may be added to your monthly cost.

How to choose among them

  • If you want to keep your current website, compare iHomefinder's Lead Essentials with the plugins (Buying Buddy, IDX Broker Core or Engage, Showcase IDX, Realtyna). The question that separates them is whether listing pages live on your domain. WordPress IDX plugins compared goes through that vendor by vendor.
  • If you want the vendor to provide the website, compare iHomefinder's Lead Maximizer with IDX Broker Elite and with platforms such as RealFoyer. Here the questions are board coverage, what the CRM does with an enquiry, and what you keep if you leave.

MLS Plugin vs IDX Widget vs Direct MLS Integration explains that choice in full.

Where RealFoyer fits

RealFoyer is a website, IDX and CRM platform, which makes it an alternative to iHomefinder's website plans rather than to its add-on IDX for an existing site. It does not plug into WordPress, Wix or Squarespace.

What RealFoyer publishes: Starter is $39 a month in US dollars or $49 in Canadian dollars, with no setup fee on annual plans. The pricing page shows the current plans. RealFoyer has integrations with TRREB, through PropTx, and MLS PIN; a feed is activated for each agent after that agent's board approves it. Other boards are on the roadmap, so check the coverage list before comparing anything else. If your board is not live, RealFoyer is not yet an option for your listings.

FAQ

Does iHomefinder publish its prices? Not for its plans. Its pricing page lists plan contents and some add-on prices, and asks you to book a call for the plan price.

Does iHomefinder have a setup fee? On Lead Essentials, website setup is listed as a $500 one-time add-on, and a hosted website as $50 a month plus $500 setup. On the other plans the website is listed as included. Ask about any other setup charge on the call.

Does iHomefinder work with Wix and Squarespace? Its pricing page says it works with "GoDaddy, WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace", and it publishes a Wix app. See adding MLS listings to Wix, Squarespace or WordPress.

Does iHomefinder use iframes or subdomains? By its own description, no: "not an iframe or subdomain".

Is there a free trial? The pricing page offers "a two week test drive" that starts with a demo.

Is RealFoyer cheaper than iHomefinder? That cannot be answered from published prices, because iHomefinder does not publish its plan prices. RealFoyer Starter is $39 a month (USD). Compare the written quote you get from iHomefinder against it, alongside board coverage.

In short

iHomefinder publishes what its plans include and what several add-ons cost, but not the plan prices themselves. Get a written quote that covers the plan, any setup fee and your board's charges, then compare it against vendors that publish their prices. Decide first whether you are keeping your website or replacing it, because that decides which alternatives are relevant.

Check whether your board is supported or see RealFoyer plans in USD or CAD.

Research Integrity

Published 21 October 2026 for "ihomefinder pricing" and "ihomefinder alternatives" searches. Every iHomefinder figure and quoted phrase was retrieved on 21 October 2026 from iHomefinder's own platform pricing page and its Optima Express listing on WordPress.org; the add-on prices were read from the page's comparison table and matched to their plan columns in the page source. No iHomefinder plan price is stated because none is published, and none is estimated. The alternatives' prices were retrieved the same day from each vendor's own pricing page and are quoted as published. Vendors are compared only on published prices and on how each describes its own format; none is described as better or worse. RealFoyer is described only by its published Starter price, its no-setup-fee annual plans and its published board integrations.
