Lead Scoring & Routing
RealFoyer scores lead health out of 100, built from five factors: budget, activity, engagement, response and timeline fit. The score appears on the lead record as a priority signal, showing who needs attention first.
Each factor contributes to the total, so the score is explainable rather than opaque — you can see which part is carrying it. A lead with a strong budget who has stopped responding scores differently from one who is engaged but early in their timeline.
The score orders your attention; it does not decide anything on its own.
Was this helpful?Lead health combines:
- Budget — the price band the lead is working in
- Activity — how recently they have been active
- Engagement — how far they have moved through your pipeline
- Response — whether follow-up is on time or overdue
- Timeline fit — how soon they intend to transact
Together these answer a practical question rather than a theoretical one: of the leads in front of me this morning, which is most worth an hour?
Was this helpful? No. Lead health is built from the five stated factors — budget, activity, engagement, response and timeline fit — and RealFoyer makes no claim that AI produces it.
RealFoyer's AI does not score leads, suggest next actions, draft your follow-up messages, or recommend properties to buyers. Those boundaries are stated on the AI Marketing product page rather than left to inference.
A scored lead is still a lead you decide about.
Was this helpful?Every lead carries an owner alongside its stage and next follow-up, and assigned agent is available as a column and a filter on the lead list.
For a team this is the point of the shared CRM: someone owns each lead and everyone can see who. A lead with no owner is visible as unassigned rather than quietly ignored.
Was this helpful?Yes. New leads captured on your website can be routed by rules into a connected CRM — Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM — or forwarded through Zapier, Make or a custom webhook.
Fields are mapped in both directions, including assigned agent, so the receiving system gets the lead in a usable shape rather than as a block of text. You decide the routing once and it applies to new leads as they arrive.
Routing here means where a lead is sent. It is not a matching engine that picks the best agent by skill, availability or performance — no such concept exists on the routing screen.
