RealFoyer is a website and marketing platform for real estate agents, teams and brokerages in the United States and Canada. One subscription covers an MLS-connected IDX website, a CRM for the leads it produces, AI assistance for listing copy and marketing content, and reporting.

The parts are built to work as one system: a visitor searches listings on your site, saves what interests them, and their enquiry arrives in the CRM with that browsing history already attached to the record.

RealFoyer is built for individual real estate agents, teams and brokerages operating in the United States and Canada.

The difference between those cases is mostly the CRM. A solo agent uses one lead list; a team or brokerage uses the shared CRM with staff roles and per-person permissions, so a lead carries an owner and colleagues see who holds it.

One RealFoyer subscription includes:

What your plan meters is AI usage, and some availability depends on the plan you are on.

Setup covers four things: your website and its theme, your domain, your MLS connection, and the modules you have chosen.

The MLS connection is the part with an external dependency, because it needs approval from your board before listing data can flow. Your board is confirmed before you commit, so you know what your search will show before you have paid for it.

How long the board step takes is set by the board, not by RealFoyer.

Yes. You can connect a domain you already own, or point a newly registered one at your RealFoyer site. SSL is configured for you, so the site serves over HTTPS without you having to obtain or renew a certificate.

Domain migration and DNS changes are handled during onboarding, which matters if you are moving an existing site and want to avoid downtime.

Yes. Leads can be imported from a file, and exported again at any time.

File import and export is the whole migration path. RealFoyer does not run a direct database sync with other CRM platforms for moving your history in, so plan a migration as an export from your current system followed by an import here.

Yes. A demo is a scheduled walkthrough of the platform rather than a recorded tour, so you can ask about your own market and your own board.

Because MLS coverage varies by board, a demo is also the practical moment to confirm that yours can be connected before you commit.
