Common questions about Teams & Brokerages
Teams & Brokerages
Yes. RealFoyer includes a shared CRM with staff roles and permissions, so a team works from one lead list with ownership visible on every record.
Each lead carries an assigned agent, and assigned agent is available as a column and a filter — so a team lead can see the whole pipeline, and an individual agent can see their own.
Was this helpful?Roles are built from individual permissions and then assigned per person, rather than chosen from a fixed set of job titles.
Permissions cover areas including leads, inquiries, dashboards and website settings. That granularity is what lets you give a marketing coordinator access to the website without giving them the lead database, or the reverse for a new agent.
Was this helpful?Yes. Reporting covers lead volume, lead sources and pipeline movement across the team.
What this does not include is per-agent conversion scoring or agent performance ranking — those are not features of the product. The reporting shows where leads come from and how they move, not a league table.
Was this helpful?Yes. Assigned agent is a field on the lead record and a column on the lead list, so ownership can be changed when it needs to.
Assigned agent is also part of the two-way field map used when leads are routed to a connected CRM, so a reassignment carries across rather than being lost at the boundary.
