Common questions about Integrations
Integrations
RealFoyer connects to:
- CRM platforms — Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho CRM, as destinations for new leads
- Automation — Zapier and Make
- Custom webhook — for anything not on the list
- Calendars — Google Calendar and Outlook, kept in sync from the scheduler
Underneath, the platform runs on MLS feeds through the RESO Web API, Mapbox for map search, Google Places for reviews and Stripe for payments.
Was this helpful?Yes. Google Calendar and Outlook stay in sync from the scheduler, so appointments and showings booked in RealFoyer appear in the calendar you already run your day from.
This matters because showings and follow-ups are created as tasks in the CRM, each with a due date, a priority and an assignee. Without the sync those live in a second calendar you would have to remember to check; with it, a booked viewing is simply in your day alongside everything else.
Was this helpful?Yes, through Zapier, Make or a custom webhook.
A custom webhook is the most direct route if you have a developer or an existing endpoint: new leads are posted to a URL you control, with fields mapped so they arrive in a usable shape.
Was this helpful?Fields are mapped in both directions between RealFoyer and the connected CRM, and the map includes assigned agent.
Mapping is what makes the integration useful rather than nominal: the receiving system gets named fields it can filter and report on, instead of a lead whose details are buried in a notes box.
Was this helpful?Yes. Testimonials can be imported straight from Google, or added by hand.
RealFoyer uses Google Places for reviews, so the import brings across what clients actually wrote rather than requiring you to retype it — which also means the wording on your site matches the public review someone can go and verify.
Adding reviews by hand stays available for the ones that arrived by email or on paper and were never posted to Google.
