Common questions about Email & Communication
Email & Communication
Yes. Start from a library of templates built for new listings, market updates, open houses and newsletters, pick the list you want to reach, then send it or schedule it. Campaigns run against the lists already in your CRM, so you are not exporting anything to send.
Worth separating from campaigns: the transactional mail your site sends on its own — listing alerts and notifications. That is a different stream and it reports separately.
Was this helpful? The email builder is a five-step form: subject, preheader, property, highlights and call to action, with a live desktop and mobile preview as you go.
It is a structured form rather than a drag-and-drop canvas. That is a genuine trade-off — less layout freedom, but a listing email that is correctly built in five fields instead of assembled block by block.
You can send a test to yourself before committing, and save a design as a template to reuse.
Was this helpful?Campaigns are sent to named lists — hot leads, buyers, investors, past clients — and each list shows how many subscribers it holds before you send.
There is no segment builder. You are choosing from existing lists rather than composing a new audience from filters such as location or property interest, so how you organise your lists is what determines your targeting.
Was this helpful?Campaign reporting covers sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed, plus which links in the email were used.
Replies are not tracked anywhere. If someone answers your campaign it arrives in your inbox as an ordinary email rather than appearing in the report, so reply volume is not something you can measure here.
There is also no A/B testing and no built-in UTM tagging.
Was this helpful? There is no recurring schedule and no sequence builder in the email product. An "Automated" campaign type exists and appears alongside drafts, scheduled and sent campaigns, but a multi-step builder is not something you can currently configure.
If you need a timed sequence today, plan it as individual scheduled campaigns.
Was this helpful?Yes. Validate your sender identity before sending campaigns — sender validation helps ensure campaigns are sent from a verified sending identity.
What that does not amount to is a guarantee. No email platform can promise inbox placement or deliverability, and RealFoyer does not. Validation confirms who the mail is from, which is one input into whether a mailbox provider trusts it; your own list hygiene and sending history carry the rest.
Was this helpful? No. Attachments are not part of the email campaign builder.
The usual way round this is to host the document — a market report or a buyer guide — as a page on your website and link to it from the campaign. That also tells you who opened it, which an attachment would not.
Was this helpful?Listing alerts are transactional: a buyer asked to hear when inventory matches a search they saved, and the email answers that request at the frequency they chose.
Email campaigns are marketing: you decide the content, choose a named list, and send or schedule it.
The distinction matters for deliverability and for consent. Alert email is wanted by definition because the recipient configured it; campaign email has to earn its place.
