AI & Marketing
RealFoyer's AI drafts marketing content from your own listings: listing descriptions and public remarks, headlines, social captions and flyer copy, with flyer designs generated from templates in your brand settings.
It can also turn a blog post you have already published into a social caption that promotes it, and draft area write-ups for your community pages. It does not write blog articles or marketing emails.
One listing can produce several assets, so a new listing becomes a description, a set of social posts and a flyer without being rewritten for each.
Was this helpful? No. AI output is a first draft, and the agent reviews it before anything publishes.
This is a deliberate boundary rather than a missing feature. Nothing in RealFoyer checks your copy against Fair Housing or advertising rules, there is no automated review step, and no output is certified as compliant. A person has to read every draft before it goes out.
Was this helpful? No. RealFoyer has no approval workflow, so a brokerage cannot require a manager to sign off on a post before it publishes.
If your brokerage needs sign-off, it has to be a process your team runs rather than a control the software enforces. Worth knowing before you roll AI content out across a team.
Was this helpful? No. RealFoyer's AI is for marketing content, not for lead handling. It does not score leads, suggest next actions, draft your follow-up emails or texts, or recommend properties to buyers.
Lead health scoring exists and is useful, but it is built from stated factors rather than produced by AI.
Was this helpful?AI usage is metered, and how much is available can depend on your plan.
RealFoyer does not publish a fixed number here because it is set by plan configuration rather than being one figure across every subscription. Check the plan you are considering for its current allowance.
Was this helpful?Yes. You compose once and publish to your connected networks, with a live preview for each channel so you can see how the post will actually appear before it goes.
The preview matters because the same caption and crop do not read the same way on Instagram as on LinkedIn.
Was this helpful?Yes. Scheduled publishing and a visual content calendar are part of the social workflow, so you can plan a week of posts rather than remembering each morning.
One practical note: "publish now" means within about a minute. Posts are queued and processed by a scheduler rather than fired the instant you click, which matters only if you are coordinating a post with something happening live.
Was this helpful?Market updates are one of the campaign types in the email template library, and AI can draft the copy for them from your own data.
